Angela is the first point of contact at PCA, greeting every phone enquiry and making sure clients are looked after from the very first call.
Internally, she is the one who keeps everyone on track — following up on tasks across the law firm, including with the Principal and the marketing team, to ensure smooth delivery of legal services.
Angela also manages the firm's accounts and invoicing, combining attentiveness with dependable administrative support behind the scenes.
