Marianne Phan is the Principal Lawyer at Phan Campbell & Associates Lawyers, recognised for her strategic judgment, commercial focus, and steady advocacy in complex legal matters across Victoria. With extensive experience in commercial law, construction and building disputes, insolvency, property law and family law, Marianne is known for delivering clear, practical advice and strong outcomes for clients navigating high-stakes disputes and transactions.

Marianne also brings valuable in-house experience, having served as Legal Counsel at, a national organisation. In that role she advised on large-scale property development projects involving government stakeholders, assisted with complex corporate restructuring of group entities, managed litigation nationally across multiple Australian jurisdictions, addressed tenancy and housing-related issues, and reviewed and negotiated a wide range of commercial and construction contracts.

Marianne is valued by clients for her meticulous preparation, direct advice, and commitment to achieving outcomes aligned with each client’s objectives. Her approach is practical and solutions-oriented, underpinned by deep legal knowledge and an ability to handle technically challenging disputes with confidence and discretion.

She is recognised nationally for her litigation capability, having been named an Australia-wide finalist for Litigator of the Year, and in both the Construction and Infrastructure and Dispute Resolution and Litigation categories of the 30 Under 30 Awards at the Lawyers Weekly Australian Law Awards.
